环氧树脂改性氰酸酯体系研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用E-20型环氧树脂(EP)对双酚A型二氰酸酯(BADCy)进行改性,研究了该体系的反应性、力学性能、微观形貌及热性能。结果表明,EP对BADCy的固化反应具有催化作用;当EP含量在一定范围时,可使改性体系的力学性能提高;EP的加入会使BADCy固化体系的起始分解温度升高约20℃。 Bisphenol-A dicyanate (BADCy) was modified by a kind of epoxy resin(EP) named E -20. DSC and FT-IR were used to monitor the different styles of reactions taking place at different curing stages of the modified cyanate ester resin. The reaction characteristics, mechanical properties, micro structure and thermal properties of the system were studied. The results showed that EP was catalytic for the curing reaction of BADCy ; the mechanical properties of the system were improved when EP content was in a certain range; the initiative decomposition temperature of BADCy curing system increased 20℃ by adding EP.
