GC/MS法测定电子电气塑料件中的限用含溴阻燃剂

DETERMINATION OF REGULATED BROMINATED FLAME RETARDANTS IN PLASTIC PARTS OF ELECTROTECHNICAL PRODUCTS USING GC/MS METHOD

建立了电子电气产品塑料部件中限用含溴阻燃剂多溴二苯醚（PBDE）和多溴联苯（PBB）的气相色谱／质谱（GC／MS）联用检测方法，成功应用于10种PBDE和8种PBB化合物的检测。样品经索氏提取器提取、固相硅胶净化小柱净化后，用GC／MS联用仪进行定性和定量特征离子分析。PBDE和PBB的线性分析范围为3．3-3300ng（绝对进样量），3种代表性化合物四溴联苯、十溴联苯和十溴二苯醚的加标回收率为76．4％-99．2％，十溴二苯醚的方法精密度为1．3％。结果表明，本方法应用于电子电气产品塑料部件中限用含溴阻燃剂的检测，操作简单，分析结果稳定，重现性好。

A gas chromatography/mass spectrometry （GC/MS） method was developed for the determination of polybromodiphenyl ether （PBDE） congeners and polybromobiphenyl （PBB） congeners in plastic parts of electrotechnical products, and it was successfully used in determining 10 PBDE congeners and 8 PBB congeners. Sample was extracted in Soxhlet equipment , and clean-up was performed on a solid-phase column containing silica gel. Identification and quantification analyses were performed in SIM mode of GC/ MS. The linear range of PBDE and PBB was between 3.3 - 3 300 ng, average recoveries from fortified samples expressed with three representative chemicals Tetrabromobiphenyl, Decabromobiphenyl and Decabromodiphenyl ether were between 76.4% - 99.2%, and the relative standard deviation of results from sample containing Decabromodiphenyl ether compound was 1.3%. The results showed that the brominated flame retardants could be analyzed simply by this method and the results were stable and reproducible.
