摘要
通过实例介绍两种带有侧凹(或侧凸)的塑料制品强制脱模的注射模典型结构及其工作原理,并分析了强制脱模应注意的事项。实践证明,强制脱模的模具结构简单,成本低,使用效果好。
The structure and working process of injection mould for side groove plastic parts were introduced with two parts as examples, and the key problem of forcibly demoulding was analyzed. The application showed that the mould design was simplified, the cost was lowered and the efficiency was raised.
