摘要 以眼镜框模型为例,利用激光扫描仪以Surfacer、Pro/Engineer、M astercam软件为平台,介绍基于逆向工程实现模具快速设计与制造的过程和方法,阐明了逆向工程技术应用的一般程序如数据获取及处理、外观造型设计、模具设计与制造的技巧及常见问题的解决方法。 The processes and methods to design mould and manufacture it rapidly based on inverse engineering technology were presented by using laser scanner and Surfacer, Pro/Engineer, Mastercam software with glasses frame as example. The general proceeding such as data acquisition and processing, appearance design, mould design and manufacture skill and the solutions of frequently asked question when using reverse engineering technology were illustrated.
