随着印报业的发展,印报机的自动化程度大大提高。印报机自动套准系统的应用也越来越普遍。本文介绍基于色标点的印报机自动套准系统。详细描述色标点套准的原理和系统的构成及特点。系统利用工业摄像机和色标传感器获取套准色标点的图像,对图像进行处理,计算出色标点的相对偏差。基于色标点的相对偏差,由控制器和PLC调节各个印刷轴的位置来实现套准。系统基于传感器、数据传输、计算机控制、图像处理和软件开发等技术,保证了套准系统的高精度和稳定性。

Along with development of newspapering, automatization of newspaper machine is greatly improving. Application of newspaper machine register guidance system is more and more popularly. In this paper, register guidance of newspaper machine is introduced. Principium of color dot guidance and composing and specialty of register guidance system is particularly described. The system make photo of color dots with industry vidicon and color sensor, deal with the photo and work out the relatively warp of color dots. Basing on the warp, controller and PLC adjust each press axial to achieve guidance. Technology of sensor, transmission of data, controlling of computer, picture disposal and software exploitation guarantee well precision and stability of system.
