摘要
采取木材浸渍处理工艺,使用磷系、氮系、卤系、无机化合物等阻燃剂对木材进行处理,并对其阻燃效果进行了评价。发现氯化镁与硫酸铵通过二次浸渍处理工艺,木材可以获得较好的阻燃效果。应用正交试验方法对氯化镁—硫酸铵阻燃体系二次处理木材的工艺条件进行了优化选择,得到了最优工艺条件:浸渍温度为60℃,氯化镁溶液质量分数30%,硫酸铵溶液质量分数40%,在常压下分别浸泡12h。
The experiment uses the dipping process for the wood and takes the retardant treatments by the flame retardants such as phosphor halogen inorganic series and so on. The wood has the good effect of antiflaming, which is evaluated in the passage, through the second dipping process by magnesium chloride and ammonium sulfide. In the end, it gets the best craft condition by the or thogonalizational experiment that: the under normal pressure the retting temperature is 60 ℃ ,the liquid of magnesium chloride is 30%, the ammonium chloride is 40%, the time of retting is 12 h.
