摘要
三峡船闸是长江上游航运的咽喉要道。客轮过闸时采取成批次集中过闸的方式,一旦客轮在闸室内发生火灾,由于客轮自身消防能力有限和受闸室内水位落差较大的影响,灭火救援困难,极易造成客轮火烧连营的局面,使船上的大量客人无法及时疏散而造成重大人员伤亡。
Sanxia ship lock is the throat of the shipping at the upper reach of Changjiang river. The passenger liners are grouped to go through the ship lock. If fire occurs in the passenger liner in the brake room,it will be rather difficult to put out fire because the passenger liner itself is quite limited in fire fighting and the water in the brake room usually falls sharply. Fire is easily to spread fast and cause great life and property loss.
