摘要
从分析制约三农发展因素入手,在分析高校图书馆为“三农”服务优势的基础上,探讨了高校图书馆为“三农”服务的措施。
Starting from the analysis of the factors affecting the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmer, and on the basis of the analysis of the advantages the university library has in serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the paper has discussed measures the university library should take for such services.
