选取一直困惑采访人员的专著问题作为探讨对象,从专著的概念入手,分析了专著从产生到流通整个过程,找出专著难获取的主要原因,最后提出了一些具有操作性的解决措施。

The paper had selected monographs as the exploration objects, which confuse academic Libraries, given monographs a clear definition, analyzed the whole process of monograph distribution, found the major reason for difficult access and finally put forward practical measure to solve these problems.
