摘要
图书馆是人们讲文明、树礼貌的公共场所,图书馆员的礼仪是图书馆礼仪形象的代言人,其礼貌、礼节、仪表、仪态都会潜移默化地影响着读者的一言一行,起着图书馆的教育功能,图书馆员礼仪学是图书馆学和礼仪学相结合的一门新兴学科,同时它也是服务礼仪的一个分支学科。
Library is the public place of civilized speaking and civilized behavior. Librarian＇s etiquette is the representative of the library etiquette. Their manner, proprieties, appearance and beating will exert a potential influence on the reader. R plays the role of education function of the library. Librarian＇s etiquette is a new subject of library science combining library science with etiquette science, and also a branch discipline of service etiquette.
