摘要 智能维护系统所需要的多种传感器和执行器的兼容与接口问题日益突出,为降低维护系统的成本与复杂度,提高可靠性,本文基于智能化、网络化的设计思想,借助IEEE1451智能变送器接口标准和网络技术,搭建了一个分布式、开放的设备网络化智能维护系统。基于敏捷制造对制造过程管理与控制的需求,研究并建立了制造系统智能前端的原型。基于IEEE1451标准的设计思想和DSP及ARM和HPI技术,介绍了智能前端的软硬件构成与网络接口设计。并针对该系统的高可靠性、网络化和智能化要求,提出了多参数集成智能维护前端的解决方案及应用实例。实验表明,系统运行稳定,实时性良好。 Lack of interface compatibility, high cost, and high complexity make the network-based intelligent system hard to build and maintain. This paper presents a design idea tbr the multi-sensor system of the network-based intelligent pro-node, with special empha'sis on standardized transducer interface and open network communication. To realize and enhance the field information processing ability of the device, the concept and a prototype of IDP (Intelligent Data Pro-node) are proposed. Based on the IEEE1451 standard, DSP, ARM and HPI communication technology, a network-based intelligent pro-node design is introduced. The Hw/SW structures and the network interface are discussed. To meet the demands of high reliability, networking and intelligence, a multi-parameter IDP is introduced. Experiments show the system is stable and has real time capability.
