摘要
在以消费者为中心的“牵引式”消费时代,我国传统花式纱线企业面临着来自思维方式、管理模式和管理手段等方面的挑战。如何进一步将我国花式纱线企业做大做强、真正提高产品品位和附加值,组建和完善新型花式纱线供应链是一个新的契机和发展点。文章从现代供应链管理角度,针对传统花式纱线企业管理现状,提出了建立快速反应体系和树立品牌意识的策略思想,并阐述了基于快速反应体系的信息收集、产品设计、制造等具体实施途径。
In the era of pull-consuming which centers on the consumers, enterprises concerning fashion yarns face the challenges from mode of thinking, pattern and measures of management, etc. Couerning with how to expand and strengthen our enterprises, improve the product grade and add value substantially, forming and perfecting the new model of fashion yarn supply chain offer us a fresh turning opportunity and growing point. Compared with the present situation of traditional management of fashion yarns, the paper reveals from the viewpoint of current supply chain management, putting forward the tactics including the setup of quick response system and the establishment of awareness of brand, also elaborates the specific approaches covering information gathering, design of product and manufacture and so on on the basis of quick response system.
