摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜观测水泥基聚合物改性材料的形态结构,包括聚合物水泥水化产物、水泥基材的形貌、水泥浆体与骨料界面过渡区的结构,通过压汞法测试孔结构,分析研究聚合物的引入对水泥砂浆孔结构、孔隙率及孔径分布等产生的影响,探讨聚合物乳胶粉对水泥砂浆的抗裂性、抗渗性、耐久性及粘结性能改善的作用机理。
The analysis of morphological structure of cement based polymer modified material has been made by scanning electron microscope (SEM) that including appearance of polymer, cement hydration product and cement base material, structure of interface transition zone between cement paste and aggregate, the structure of pore measured by mercury intrusion method, influence of introduce polymer on pore structure of cement mortar, on porosity and pore size distribution, and mechanism of polymer emulsion powder on cement mortar for improving its property of crack resistance, impermeability and coherence.
