水稻TAC基因组文库的筛选与克隆转化 被引量:1

摘要 利用一个cDNA片段筛选了水稻品种台中65 TAC27基因组文库,获得一个阳性克隆,将该阳性克隆转化水稻温敏核不育材料7001S并获得转化苗,转化苗经PCR检测,证实外源基因已整合到水稻基因组中。
