低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症患者血浆一氧化氮合酶和一氧化氮水平相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:对低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)血症患者和正常人群的血浆一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)进行分析比较,探讨低HDL-C血症致动脉粥样硬化的可能机制。方法:根据血脂水平选取87例(男51例,女36例)低HDL-C血症患者作为低HDL-C血症组和66例(男35例,女31例)正常人群作为健康对照组,分别测定血浆NOS(用化学比色法测定)和NO(用硝酸酶还原法测定)。结果:低HDL-C血症组血浆NOS和血浆NO水平均显著低于健康对照组(P均<0.05);在低HDL-C血症组男性血浆NOS水平和血浆NO水平均显著低于相应健康对照组男性(P均<0.05);在低HDL-C血症组女性血浆NOS水平和血浆NO水平亦均显著低于相应健康对照组女性(P均<0.05)。结论:低HDL-C患者血浆NOS和NO水平较健康人(包括男性和女性)显著降低。 Objective :To elucidate the possible mechanism of low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)leading to the development of artery atherosclerosis by analysing plasma nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and nitric oxide (NO) of patients with low HDL-C and normal controls. Methods:We assigned 87 patients( M = 51, F = 36) with low HDL-C to trial group and 66 healthy adults( M = 35,F = 31 ) to control group,and measured their plasma concentration of NOS and NO. Results:In patients with low HDL-C, the plasma concentrations of NOS(31.56 ± 2. 73 μmol/L vs 33.17 ±2. 31 μmol/L, P 〈 0. 05 ) and NO (61.32 ± 9.73 μmol/L vs 68.74 ± 10. 65 μmol/L, P 〈 0. 05 ) were significantly reduced ; In the low HDL-C subgroup, the plasma concentrations of NOS(32. 29 ±2. 98 μmol/L vs 34. 06 ±2. 20 μmol/L,P 〈0. 05) and NO(62. 15 ±-8. 93 μmol/L vs 69.54 ±- 10, 98 μmol/L,P 〈 0. 05 )were significantly reduced in the male patients compared with the controls. The plasma concentrations of NOS(29. 97 ± 3.65 μmol/L vs 31.44 ± 2. 95 μmol/L, P 〈 0. 05 ) and NO ( 60. 32 ± 9.73 μmol/L vs 65.91 ± 10. 14 μmol/L,P 〈0. 05 ) were significantly reduced in the female patients compared with the controls. Conclusion: The plasma concentrations of NOS and NO were both significantly reduced in patients with low HDL-C (including male and female subgroups).
