回顾了前一时期差压式、电磁式、科里奥利质量式、热式、间接法质量式流量计的应用和发展概况。阐述了弯管流量计、椭圆节流流量计、内锥体流量计、具有自诊断功能的电磁流量计、宽范围度非满管电磁流量计、压缩天然气汽车加气机用科里奥利流量计、能测气液混合流体的科里奥利流量计、微机电系统热式流量计等的若干情况。在新测量原理流量仪表方面,概述了声纳流量计和微波气固双相流量计,以及利用蝶阀瓣产生差压的蝶流量控制阀和用电磁流量计在线测量液体粘度。
Flowmeter applications and developments for the previous period are reviewed. Available devices include differential pressure, electromagnetic, Coriolis, thermal and indirect mass flowmeters. Advantages of elbow flowmeters, oval-throat flowmeters, V-cone flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters with self-diagnostic ability, partially filled electromagnetic flowmeters with wide rangeability, Coriolis mass flowmeters for natural gas dispensers for vehicles, Coriolis mass flowmeters measuring two phase ( gas-liquid ) fluid, MEMS thermal flowmeters, etc, are expounded. Flowmeters utilizing new measuring principles are outlined. These devices contain sonar flowmeters, microwave flowmeters for two phase (gas-liquid) fluid, butterfly flow control valves using differential pressure induced by the valve plate and on-line magnetic flowmeters measuring liquid viscosity.
