摘要 为提高某集团20万吨/年硫基三元复合肥生产线的自动化程度及控制精度,采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)并通过现场总线(Profibus)组成集散控制系统,实现了对整个生产过程的集中在线监测和控制。采用主站CPU冗余及监控计算机热备用的方式,提高了控制系统的可靠性;通过采用双模控制、串级控制和比值控制相结合的方式,提高了控制精度及配料的准确性;在降低工人的劳动强度、提高产品质量的同时增加了生产的安全性,延长了设备的使用寿命,创造了良好的经济和社会效益。 In order to enhance the automation level and control accuracy for the 2× 10^5 t/y sulfenyl ternary compound fertilizer production line in certain enterprise group, the distributed control system is composed by using programmable logic controller ( PLC ) and through PROFIBUS fieldbus. The centralized online monitoring and control for the whole productive process is implemented. By adopting redundant CPU in master station and hot spare mode in monitoring computer, the reliability of the control system has been enhanced. The control accuracy and blending precision are increased because of the combination scheme of dual mode control, cascade control and ratio control is used. In addition, the labor intensity is reduced, the quality of product and the security of the production are enhanced. Meanwhile, the operation life of equipment is extended, thus excellent economical and social effects are created.
