摘要
本文通过理论分析和实际工程应用讨论了希尔伯特变换的原理及其在解决齿轮箱调制故障中的应用,并将重抽与滤波有效地结合起来以得到最大细化倍数的解调谱,从而提高了解调谱的分辨率、运算速度及精度。
Demodulation for modulated signal is very important in failure diagnosis of machinery,especially in the gear failure diagnosis. Through theoretical analysis and application examples, this paper discusses realization of inlbert transform of long time series using convolution algorithm with assembly language. Resampling and low-pass filtering are combined effectiviy to obtain zoomed demodulation spectrum. The frequency resolution, speed and accuracy of demodulation spectrum have been increaset.
