摘要
通过对关于谐波的国家指导性技术文件GB/Z17625.4–2000《中、高压电力系统中畸变负荷发射限值的评估》和推荐性国家标准GB/T14549–1993《电能质量公用电网谐波》进行对比研究,提出制定或修订谐波国家标准时应该注意的几个问题,包括谐波发射限值的确定、用户谐波发射限值的分配方法、电压畸变限值与电流畸变限值的关系、限值评估的方法等。
After comparing current state standards related to harmonics, namely GB/Z17625.4-2000 and GB/T 14549-1993 （Quality of Electric Energy Supply Harmonics in Public Supply Network）, several problems to which special attention should be paid during the enactment or revision of the state standards for harmonics are put forward, they are： the confirmation of harmonic limit value, the distribution method of harmonic limit value of users, the relation between limit value of voltage distortion and limit value of current distortion, the method to evaluate the limit value, etc.
