摘要
机床振动是一个比较复杂的问题,往往很难解决。生产实际中遇到了振动现象,我们用频谱分析仪测出切削时的共振频率,通过计算得出传动链中各轴和轮的旋转频率,将二者进行比较,找出振源,解决了问题。
machine vibration is a complex problem to solve. The resonant frequency that is produced during cutting operation is measured with spectrum analyzers. The gyro frequencies of shafts and wheels in the drive chain are calculated and compared to find out the vibration source and solve the problem.
