计划管理在我国有着很长的历史,上世纪后期预算管理逐渐在国内企业推行,但成功的却很少。预算管理同计划管理有着天然联系,如果以计划管理为基础,将大大有助于预算管理的成功实施。

Planned management had a long history in out country and was used in domestic enterprises but not successful. Budget management is tied with the planned management and will be successful in the implementation if it is based on the planned management.
