摘要
用自制的乙醇钛前驱体,运用溶胶—凝胶法制备铁掺杂二氧化钛超细晶簇,铁离子的掺杂明显增加TiO2超细晶簇的室温光谱吸收,TiO2带隙发生红移,拓宽了光响应范围,提高了光子利用率。TEM、XRD分析表明超细TiO2晶簇在乙醇中分散均匀,粒径为10nm~20nm。
Iron doped ultra-fine titania was prepared by sol-gel method. The optical absorbance of iron doped ultra-fine titania in UV and visible region was determined at room temperature. The optical absorbance of iron doped uhrafine titania after doping irons increased considerably and a red shift of the band-gap Look place. By TEM and XRD, it has been shown that ultrafine TiO2 particles are well-distributed and its diameter ranges from 10 to 20nm.
