摘要
在此研究了一种用于水泥公路接缝的耐老化型聚硫橡胶型的填缝胶材料;从结构决定性能的角度阐述了该填缝胶优良耐久性能的机理;对其进行了抗拉伸性、耐高低温性等性能测试;讨论了溶剂、环氧树脂、增塑剂、填料、催化剂等配方组成的各因素对其性能的影响,总结出了最佳配方。
An anti-aging sealant of polysulfide used for the cement pavement was synthesized. The mechanism of its good behaviors was explained. Some factors such as solvent, epoxy resin, plasticizer, inorganic filler, and catalyst were also investigated. The best constituting prescription was summarized in the end.
