摘要
常规隧道电视监视系统都是将模拟视频图像信号就近集中于管理所或分中心来进行监控,这种监控模式满足不了上级管理部门或相关管理人员异地远程监控的需求。利用具备视频信号压缩和网络链接功能的网络视频服务器,使异地远程监控成为可能。通过在原有的模拟视频集中监控系统中加装网络视频服务器,使管理者不仅可以在自己的内网系统任一终端上在线监控实时图像,还可以在任何地点任何时间方便地通过互联网进行在线监控。提高了系统的灵活性和服务水平,为检查、监督、决策及抢险指挥等提供了新的途径。
In general tunnel video monitoring system, analog video picture signal's monitoring and control is usually centralized in tunnel's management office or subcenter. This model doesn't satisfy managing department of tunnel or other manager's needs of long-distance monitoring and control. By use of network video server with function of video signal's compression and network linking, it is possible for tunnel's long-distance monitoring and control in other place. Through adding network video server in formal monitoring and control system, not only the tunnel manager can monitor the real-time pictures on line in tunnel management office or subcenter, but also the relevant managers may monitor the real-time pictures in anywhere at any time. This scheme will improve the system's flexibility and service level and provide a new way for inspection, supervision, decision-making and rescue control etc.
