摘要
介绍了FA318型并条机的性能特点,在纺14.6tex纯棉精梳纱时通过对出条速度、隔距、牵伸分配试验,优化工艺配置,获得了满意的效果,并与德国HSR1000、宝花FA313并条机作了对比试验。
In this paper are introduced the properties of FA318 doubling machine, and an optimum effect is achieved through testing and readjusting the delivery speed, gauge and draft distribution as well as optimization of the doubling processing when spinning 14.6 tex pure cotton combed yarn and through contrast experiment with German-made HSR1000 and FA313 doubllinging machines.
