摘要
高频开关电源系统的可靠性直接关系到电源系统的正常运行,本文采用冗余技术来提高系统的可靠性,给出了影响高频开关电源系统可靠性的主要因素,并针对不同电源系统可靠性(MTBF),提出了计算与分析方法。
The reliability of HF switch power system has direct effects on the whole system＇s normal operation. Redundancy techniques can enhance its reliability. The main factors affecting the system＇s reliability have been analyzed in this paper and computation and analysis methods of MTBF for different power systems are presented.
