摘要
春季角结膜炎又名春季卡他,是一种季节性反复发作的变态反应性角结膜炎。多见于儿童和青少年,常侵犯双眼,病变发展累及角膜,可引起视力受损。其发病机理复杂,涉及多种免疫机制。
