摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定柘树根中4种异戊烯基咄酮的含量。方法采用Hyper—Clone BDS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长259nm,柱温50℃。结果4种异戊烯基[口山]酮在一定范围内均呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率在97.03%~103.25%范围内,RSD〈3.86%(n=6)。结论本方法结果准确、重复性好。
Purpose To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of four prenylated in the roots of Cudrania tricuspidata(Carr. )Bur. Methods The HPLC separation was xanthones carried out on a HyperClone BDS C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) column, using methanol-acetonitrile-0.2 % H3PO4 as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 259 nm,and the temperature of column was 50℃. Results Linearity was confirmed for the four prenylated xanthones. The average recoveries were in the range of 97.03 %-103.25 % with RSDs less than 3.86% (n = 6). Conclusions The method is accurate, repeatable and applicable to the determination of four prenylated xanthones in C. tricuspidata.
