往复式磁力驱动柱塞泵举升工艺技术研究 被引量:20

摘要 针对常规抽油机举升存在的一次性投资大、能耗高和系统效率低等实际问题,研制了往复式磁力驱动柱塞泵及地面数控装置。通过动力电缆给井下直线电机供电后产生交变磁场,永磁体动子在交变磁场作用下带动泵柱塞上下往复运动,从而达到举升抽油的目的。通过信号电缆将井下传感器的压力、温度信号上传至地面数控装置的参数调整模块,经过压力脉冲-液位数字信号转换,自行调整泵柱塞运行次数,使油井始终工作在合理的沉没度范围内,确保供排合理。配套DX-1型电磁防蜡器防蜡工艺现场试验,取得了较好的防蜡效果。 The reciprocating magnetic drive plunger pump and ground numerical controller were developed. The numerical controller can supply power to the underground linear motor by power cables to produce variation magnetic field. Under the action of variation magnetic field, the permanent magnet moving-coil drives the plunger pump to move up and down and lift oil up to ground. The signals of underground pressure and temperature in sensor can be transferred to the parameter adjustment module on the ground numerical controller by signal cable. The digital signal conversion of pressure pulse and liquid level can produce effects on adjusting operation frequency of the plunger pump, which makes oil well operating at a suitable submergence depth and ensures rationality of input and output of oil. Moreover, the technology test with DX-1 type electromagnetic paraffin controller has achieved good effect.
