MRI Findings of Dysembryoplastic Neuroepithelial Tumor

目的:探讨胚胎发育不良神经上皮瘤(DNT)的MRI表现及其鉴别诊断。材料和方法:回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的DNT的MRI表现。结果:6例DNT主要累及幕上灰质,其中颞叶4例、额叶和顶叶各1例;信号与脑灰质相近,病变内见多发小囊变,病变周围无水肿,境界清晰,无增强或轻度增强。结论:DNT之MRI表现具有良性肿瘤的特征,有助于临床诊断。

Purpose： To investigate the MRI findings of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor. Materials and Methods： The MR images of six cases with surgically and pathologically provered DNT were retrospectively reviewed. Results： All DNT were located in the supertenorial gray matter. Of them, 4 cases located in the temporal lobes, 1 case located in the frontal lobe, and 1 case located in the occiptal lobe. The signal intensity was same as gray matter, but there wese multiple small cysts inside the lesion. The tumors were detected without peripheral edema, with well-demarcated border and without or with slight enhancement. Conclusion： DNT was characteristic on MRI, showing a benign tumor findings, and it helps to diagnosis.
