术前模拟椎弓根螺钉置入在治疗中重度腰椎滑脱中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的采用计算机模拟椎弓根螺钉置入,测量个体化三维数据来指导治疗腰椎滑脱。方法术前模拟椎弓根螺钉置入,测量置钉参数,实施置钉复位固定,与传统方法进行比较。结果两组在滑脱复位率,出血量,手术时间,经t检验,在滑脱复位率上无显著性差异(P>0.05),在手术时间及出血量存在显著性差异(P<0.01);在置钉准确率,具有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论通过CT三维重建,模拟椎弓根螺钉置入,获取预置螺钉的三维数据,实施置钉,在提高置钉准确率、减少手术时间及出血量等方面优于传统方法。 Objective To study the value of simulation of the process of implanting pedicle screw with computed tomography (CT) and get the 3D individual parameters for treatment of the high - grade lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods Spondylolisthesis were reduced with pedicle screw system based on the parameter obtained by simulating the process with CT and compared with traditional method. Resuits There were significant difference in the volume of blooding and operation time ( P 〈 0.01 ), but no significant difference in the rate of reduction between two groups. There was significant difference in the accuracy of implanting pedide screw between two groups. Conclusion It is helpful for improving the accuracy of implanting pedicle screw and reducing the time of the operation and the volume of blooding to simulate the process of implanting screw and measuring the 3D parameter.
