静电旋风除尘器的试验研究

Experimental Research on Electrostatic Cyclonic Collector

静电旋风除尘器综合了静电、旋风两种除尘器的机理和优点，具有结构简单、运行费用低、除尘效率高等优点。本文分析了静电旋风除尘器的除尘机理，并介绍了静电旋风除尘器的试验结果。试验研究表明，该除尘器具有除尘效率高、阻力低的特点，在劳动保护及环境保护领域可以推广应用。

The electrostatic cyclonic collector which synthesizes the mechanisms and advantages of the two types of collector named electrostatic one and cyclonic one has the advantages of simple construction、low operating cost and high classification efficiency. This paper analyses the collecting mechanism of electrostatic cyclonic collector and introduces its experimental results. The results show that the collecting efficiency of this collector is high and the resistance is low, so it can be spreaded and applied in the field of labour safety and environmental protection.
