摘要 该文作者对Ussing chamber(尤斯室,尤斯灌流室)的基本原理和构造作简要综述,并综合国外学者的研究进展,总结了Ussing chamber在肠道屏障功能研究中的应用。 This review introduces the basal elements and structures of Ussing chamber and it＇s applications in the field of intestinal barrier function research.
