摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备了Al_2O_3数量分数为0%~30%的ZrO_2(3Y)/Al_2O_3纳米复合粉体,研究了Al_2O_3含量和煅烧温度对粉体相结构、晶粒尺寸和晶格畸变的影响。结果表明:800℃×2h煅烧的复合粉体只出现t-ZrO_2相,不出现Al_2O_3的任何晶相;Al_2O_3的添加抑制了ZrO_2 (3Y)晶粒的增长和四方相向单斜相的结构相变,使相变温度显著提高,晶格畸变增大。
ZrO2 (3Y) nano-sized powders containing 0% - 30mass% Al2O3 were prepared by coprecipitation method. The effects of Al2O3 content and calcining temperature on phase structure, grain size and lattice distortion were studied. Only t-ZrO2 phase was found when powders were calcined at 800 ℃ for 2 h. The dopants of Al2O3 greatly inhibited the increase of crystallite size and the phase transformation from tetragonal to monoclinic, also made the phase transformation temperature and crystal lattice distortion increase.
