政府采购方式的应用分析

Applying Analysis on the Model of Government Purchasing

明确政府采购应当采取的方式及各采购方式所适用的范围,是为了避免在具体操作中出现随意选用采购方式、规避管理等问题。但在实际操作中,由于政府采购方式的制度不健全、选择不规范、程序不完善等原因,直接影响了政府采购的效果。为此,笔者对政府采购方式在各领域中的应用进行了初步探讨。

To define style and limit of government purchasing is to avoid such issues as choice of purchasing model at will along with evading management in purchasing process. Practically, government purchasing style affects purchasing result for its imperfect regulation, irregular option. The paper discusses application of government purchasing style in a variety of fields.
