近年来,我国反倾销有了一定发展,国内企业开始使用反倾销维权,但状况还不是很好。尽管其经济合理性尚未得到证明,反倾销日益成为被世界各国广泛使用的贸易政策工具。但是,反倾销实施中存在的贸易转向问题会在一定程度上削弱我国反倾销措施的贸易保护效应。

However, the circumstances are not quite sati sfying. Though it s economic reasoning has not been confi rmed, anti - dumping increasingly becomes a strategic tool in t rade, which i s widely used throughout the world. But there teally exists a trade problem of changing directions during the implementation of anti - dumping and it to an extent eliminates the function on trade protection.
