摘要
在市场竞争日趋激烈的当今社会,绩效管理成为市场的永恒主题,只有高绩效才能提高生存的质量和发展的空间。目前公共部门“事改企”,其绩效评估与绩效文化建设的重要性日益突出。本文通过对公共部门绩效评估的含义、意义、困难与障碍等方面的分析,提出对绩效文化建设的设想。
Effectiveness has now become an eternal topic in the increasingly competing society, only by strengthening tffectiveness can we inprove surrival space. The paper puts forward a vision of coustruction of cuiltural tffectiveness by analyzing its meaning, siguifcance, difficulty.
