澹台湖大桥水中墩基础施工

Construction of In-Water Pier Foundations of Tantai Lake Bridge

摘要 澹台湖大桥主桥上部结构为三跨(40m+96m+40m)钢管拱-连续混凝土箱梁组合体系,南北引桥上部结构为预应力混凝土连续箱梁,全桥基础均采用钻孔灌注桩。介绍了水中墩施工筑岛方案的比选和水中墩钻孔桩及承台施工所遇到的问题及其解决的方法,其经验对水中基础施工有一定参考意义。 The superstructure of the main bridge of Tantai Lake Bridge is a hybrid structure of steel tube arch and prestressed concrete continuous box girders with span arrangement (40+96+40) m, and that of the approach spans on either south or north side of the Bridge are also prestressed concrete continuous box girders, with foundations of the overall bridge designed as bored piles. In this paper, the comparison and selection of artificial island schemes for construction of the bored pile foundations of the in-water piers are presented, and the technical problems encountered in the construction of the bored piles, pile caps, and solutions to the problems are described as well. The experiences from the construction of the pile foundations herewith may be of certain reference to the construction of the type of foundations of in-water piers elsewhere.
