采用计算机控制技术,对开启桥提升机构进行集中控制。提桥过程全自动化管理。变频调速系统建立双闭环自动控制回路,对采用常规交流异步电机拖动的4组独立卷扬设备实现运行、变速过程平稳和四吊点精确同步。
The lifting mechanism of Nanhuan Island Movable Bridge over Meijiang River in Tianjin is controlled in a centralized way using computer control techniques, and the whole process of lifting operation of the Bridge is maneuvered fully automatically. The double closedloop automatic control circuit is established for the system of motor speed frequency change to realize stable operation and smooth speed change of the four groups of indepenent winches driven by normal AC asynchronous motors, and to keep the four lifting points accurately synchronized.
