摘要
在大型双臂杆架梁起重机控制系统中应用电子及单片机控制技术,利用变频调速一涡流制动系统,解决通用变频器对位能性质重载条件下的变频调速难题。变频调速系统建立双闭环自动控制回路,对交流异步电机拖动的2组独立卷扬设备进行重载抬吊作业过程,实现平稳变速和达到准确同步的自动控制。
In the control system of large double-boom deck unit erection crane, the control techniques of electronic and monolithic processor are applied. The motor speed frequency change and eddy current retarder brake system is used to resolve the difficult problem of the speed frequency change of general frequency changer under heavy-duty condition of potential energy nature. The double closed-loop automatic control circuit is established for the system of the speed frequency change to realize smooth speed change and correct synchronous automatic control during heavy-duty lifting opereration of the crane with two groups of indepenent winches driven by AC asynchronous motors.
