35t/h沸腾炉的改造实践

摘要 针对UG-35/3.82-M15型沸腾炉燃烧效率低、炉墙密封性差、管件磨损严重等问题,对其加装了密相区埋管、部分受热管件及分离器和返料装置,并对炉墙进行了局部修改;改造后,该炉运行更趋平稳,参数稳定,提高了蒸发量,降低了飞灰中的含碳量,减轻了维修量,并获得较好的经济效益。 In view of the drawbacks of existing UG-35/3.82-M15 FB boiler as low combustion efficiency,inferior airtight at furnace wall,and serious abrasion of pipe accessories,conversion measures taken as installation of more buried tubes in dense-particulate region,heat exchange tubes,material re-circulated facility for particulate separator,and reconstruction of partial furnace wall;after such conversion,the boiler operation and parameters were more stable,vapor production increased,carbon content in flyash reduced,maintenance work lessened,and economic benefit improved.
