摘要
以贵州省关岭县两个村实施的退耕还林造林项目为对象,运用社区林业的理论和参与式农村评估方法,调查分析影响造林质量的各种技术和非技术因素,在社区村民和基层林业技术人员的共同参与下,以评分的方式对影响造林质量的各因素进行程度排序,初步提出对造林质量进行参与式控制的思路,以及由4个一级指标,24个二级指标组成的对造林质量进行评价的指标体系.
The forestation projects of upland conversion carried out at two villages in Guanling County, Guizhou Province were studied under guidance of the community forestry theories with method of participatory rural appraisal （PRA）. The technical and non-technical factors that might influence forestation quality were investigated and analyzed, and the importance of each factor was sequenced by marking granted by joint participation of local villagers and forestry technicians working in the county. A thinking of carrying out participatory control of forestation quality and an index system composed of 4 grade - 1 indexes and 24 grade -2 indexes for evaluating forestation quality were preliminarily put forward.
