摘要
分析铝电解多功能天车轨道接头的受力情况、轮轨磨损机理和现场采集的数据照片,指出轨道经过碾压后的硬度变化以及氧化铝灰对天车轨道接头磨损的影响,提出相应措施。
Analyzing the loading condition of track connection, the wear mechanism of wheel and track and the photos taken on the worksite of multi-function bridge crane, this paper indicates the influence of hardness change of over pressed track and alumina powder on track connection wear, and gives improving measures.
