摘要
阐述了成立农民用水户协会的重要性和必要性．根据国外用水户参与灌溉管理的经验及国内现状，进一步分析了江西省发展农民用水户协会的可行性．
The signifiance and necessity of building the user＇s society of peasants were stated. Based on the experience of taking part in the irrigation management by water users abroad and the present situation home, the feasibility of developing the user＇s society of peasants in Jiangxi province was analyzed.
