通过对江西省上饶市水资源开发利用的现状及存在问题分析，提出水资源可持续利用的对策与措施．
Based on the present situation of the development and use of water resources in Shangrao city and the analysis of the existing problems, the counter-measure of the sustainable use of water resources was put forword.
