摘要
目的:探讨一种新的复合造模方法,建立中医肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型。方法:采用慢性束缚应激+过度疲劳+饮食失节法。结果:模型大鼠从造模第2周起即出现明显的饮食减少、大便溏薄、活动减少、倦卧、情绪低落等改变;D-木糖排泄率显著降低;海马5-羟色胺(5-HT)先降后升,去甲肾上腺素(NE)降低,多巴胺(DA)无明显变化;血浆生长抑素(SS)、血清胃泌素(GAS)显著升高;血浆胃动素(MTL)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)均先降后升。结论:该模型基本符合中医肝郁脾虚证的一些特征。
Objective:To study a new compound method of establishing TCM's syndrome model of GYPX (stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of spleen-qi), Methods: Adopting chronic astriction, excess fatigue and out of constant diet on rats, Results : Compared with relevant normal group, the diet of the model rats decreased significantly,stool loosed,action decreased,lassltude aggravated and mood depressed from the 2nd week; The D-xylose secreting rate in urine decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001 );The 5-HT in hypothalamus decreased significantly( P 〈 0,001 ) and then increased ( P 〈 0,05 or P 〈 0.01 ), NE decreased significantly ( P 〈 0,01 or P 〈 0,05) and DA has no changes;SS in plasma and GAS in serum increased significantly ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05) ,MTL and VIP in plasma decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05 或 P 〈 0,001) and then increased( P 〈 0.001 或 P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The model accords basically with the characters of TCM'S GYPX syndrome.
