生脉注射液对阿霉素增效作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察生脉注射液能否增加ADM的抑瘤效果、提高免疫功能和降低化疗毒副反应。方法:建立S180肉瘤荷瘤鼠模型后,随机分为5组,对照组、ADM组、生脉注射液(大、中、小剂量)+ADM组,每组10只。造模次日开始进行干预,对照组、ADM组、生脉注射液(大、中、小剂量)+ADM组分别腹腔注射等容量生理盐水、ADM2mg/kg、生脉注射液(大14ml/kg、中7ml/kg、小3.5m1/kg剂量)+ADM2mg/kg,用药14d。停药次日处死,观察瘤重抑制率、免疫功能、肝肾功能、外周血细胞变化。结果:(1)生脉注射液联合ADM各组肿瘤生长明显低于ADM组和对照组(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,ADM组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8I、gGI、gMI、gA值明显降低(P<0.05),而各生脉联合组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8I、gGI、gM值明显升高(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,ADM组ALT、BUN升高,WBC、Hb、PLT降低,而各生脉联合组相对于ADM组ALT、BUN水平降低,外周血WBC、Hb、WBC和PLT有所升高(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液可增加ADM的抑瘤效果,降低化疗毒副反应。 Objevtive:To find out if Shengmai in jection can enhance the effect of anti-tumor efficacy of ADM and if it can also improve the immunological function and reduce the side-effect of chemotherapy. Methods: S180 sarcoma bearing mice models were established and then randomized into five groups, including control group, ADM group, Shengmai injection (high, middle and low dose) combined with ADM groups. There were 10 mice in each group. The five groups were injected introperitoneally with same amout of natural saline, ADM 2mg/kg and Shengmai injection (14ml/kg,7ml/kg and 3.5ml/kg)plus ADM 2mg/kg respectively,once a day for 14 days. After that, killed them and studied the tumor-weight-inibiting rates and the index of immunological function, liver and renal function and the blood cell in the peripheral blood. Result : ( 1 ) The tumor-weight-inhibiting rates were higher in each Shengmai injection plus ADM group than that in the ADM group( P 〈 0.05);(2) Compared with the control group,the level of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM and IgA in ADM group were lower ( P 〈 0.05). But in the three Shengmai injection group combined with ADM they were higher than that in control group and ADM group, which showed significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) The level of serum ALT and BUN were higher in ADM group with lower level of WBC, Hb and PLT in the peripheral blood. But in the three Shengmai injection plus ADM groups the level of serum ALT and BUN were lower and the level of blood cell were higher than that in the ADM gorup ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : Shengmai injection can enhance the anti-tumor efficacy of ADM chemotherapy and reduce it's side-effects.
