摘要
目的:旨在通过观察针刺对AA模型大鼠淋巴结、下丘脑、垂体不同组织中β-内啡肽水平变化的影响及其作用规律,探明大鼠免疫功能失调状态下β-内啡肽水平变化的特点,以揭示针刺免疫调控的机理。方法:以佐剂性关节炎模型作为研究对象,电针刺激任脉六穴及关元穴,采用放免法测定β-内啡肽水平。结果:与正常组比较,AA模型组淋巴结β-内啡肽含量呈升高趋势,无显著性差异;AA模型组垂体、下丘脑β-内啡肽均升高,呈显著性差异。与AA模型组比较,AA六穴组淋巴结β-内啡肽含量无明显变化,AA关元组β-内啡肽含量明显升高,呈显著性差异;AA六穴组和AA关元组垂体、下丘脑β-内啡肽含量均降低,除关元组下丘脑呈显著性差异,其他组无显著性差异。结论:(1)针刺能降低AA模型组大鼠垂体、下丘脑β-内啡肽含量,对机体的免疫功能进行调节;(2)关元穴的作用明显。
Objective : To observe the influence of acupuncture on the lymph, pituitary gland, hypothalami β-END level of adjuvant arthritis model rat. Methods:The adjuvant arthritis (AA) model was formed, electric acupuncture in "renmai six point" and "guanyuan", adopted radioimmunoassay to detect pituitary gland, hypothalami β-END level. Results: Compare as normal group, the β-END level in lymph, pituitary gland, hypothalami of AA rats increased ; Compare as AA group, the β-END level in lymph of AA "renmai six points" group have no obvious variety( P 〉 0.05 ) ;however acupuncture on "guanyuan" can decrease it significantly( P 〈0.05), the β-END level in pituitary gland; hypothalami of AA "renmai six point" group and AA "guanyuan" group has Lower, it decrease in hypothalami of "guanyuan" group significantly (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:( 1 ) Acupuncture can let the β-END level down in pituitary gland, hypothalami of adjuvant arthritis model rats and increase its level in the lymph, Reconstruct immune function of organism; (2) The effect of "guanyuan" to regulate immune function of organism is remarkable.
