核桃方块芽接愈合体形态特征调查

A survey of the morphological characterization of square bud graft union on Walnut

砧木和接穗质量是植物嫁接繁殖工作的基础，对砧木和接穗效量化指标研究工作很少．以云新核桃方块芽接愈合体为研究对象，采用大样本的调查方法，调查了砧木粗度、帮扎方式、导流孔宽度、芽片的大小和芽的形状．分析结果表明，核桃生长期方块芽接时砧木和接穗的量化指标为：①接穗芽座无，叶痕无或有隆起但不明显；②方块芽芽片宽度在16～25mm，长度在40～50mm之间；③绑扎方式为露芽和叶辆；④导流孔宽度2～5mm之间；⑤砧木嫁接部位的粗度以1．3～2．0cm最为适宜．

the quality of the stock and cion are the base of graft in Walnut, but the study on quantitative index of the stock and cion is few. In this paper, the square bud graft union of Yunxin was chosen as research material, the stock thickness, the binding method, the width of the diversion outlet, the size and the shape of the bud were analyzed by a large scale investigation. The result indicate that there are no bud seat and clcatricle, or the knurl is not obvious. The width of the square bud is between 16 and 25 millimeters and the length is between 40 and 50 millimeters. The bud and footstalk are exposed in the course of binding, the width of the diversion outlet is 2-5ram. The best stock thickness of the grafting position is 1.3～2 cm.
