摘要
研究利用同位素稀释质谱法测定血清中的葡萄糖含量,并利用该方法参加国际物质量咨询委员会(CCQM)2005年组织的关键比对CCQM-K11.1,我国国家标准物质研究中心(NRCCRM)的测定结果与韩国(KR ISS)和墨西哥(CENAM)的测定结果非常接近,日本(NM IJ)的测定结果离群偏高。
The determination of glucose in human serum by gas chromatography - isotope dilution - mass spectrometry was extensively described. The method was used for 2005 CQM - K 11.1 international comparsion. The results of the CCQM - K11.1 key comparison on the determination of serum glucose were posted in details. The determination result of NRCCRM was close to the results of KRISS and CENAM, the result of NMIJ has big outlier.
